Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities for Drug Product Manufacturing.
- Handling deviation assessment, manufacturing investigations, CAPA implementation, and change controls.
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating Batch Production Records (BPR), Master Formula Records (MFR), SOPs, and Forms.
- Coordinating documentation and ensuring timely closure of deviations and CAPA activities.
- Establishing and maintaining QMS policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, ISO, and GMP guidelines.
- Conducting internal audits and self-inspection programs.
- Supporting regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Coordinating quality-related training programs.
- Participating in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Chemistry
- Related Life Science Discipline
Experience
- 4–8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Based on current pharmaceutical industry standards for Hyderabad:
Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 – ₹13,50,000 per annum (CTC)
