Fortrea Apprentice – IT Product Management Responsibilities
The selected apprentice will support the Product Management team within the Office of the CIO. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with global Marketing and Commercial teams on life sciences initiatives.
- Support management of IT products used by Marketing and Commercial functions.
- Assist AI projects throughout the product lifecycle, from user requirement discovery through Agile development and deployment.
- Work with AI/ML teams, Microsoft Copilot teams and external technology vendors.
- Support deployment activities using Azure DevOps.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting and related product-management activities.
- Participate in training and professional development under the Fortrea Apprentice Program.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates interested in the Fortrea IT Product Management apprenticeship should have:
- An Engineering degree preferred.
- Some exposure to life sciences is desirable.
- Strong interest in AI and healthcare innovation.
- Interest in developing no-code solutions using Microsoft Copilot.
- Practical knowledge of Azure technologies, including Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working; certification or an upcoming certification is preferred.
- General understanding of IT tools used by Marketing, including websites and marketing automation.
- General understanding of Sales technologies such as CRM systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to discuss complex business and technology requirements.
- Creative problem-solving ability and willingness to work in a global remote environment.
