Key Responsibilities
As a Patent Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct In-Depth Patent Searches:
- Perform rigorous searches related to patent infringement, Evidence of Use (EOU), claim mapping, litigation, monetization, patentability, Freedom to Operate (FTO), invalidity, product searches, prior art searches, and novelty assessments.
- Support R&D Teams:
- Formulate and validate approaches to lend essential support to the Research and Development teams of our clients, enhancing their capability to innovate and develop new products.
- Team Collaboration and Independence:
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also being capable of working independently, showcasing your initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Reading Comprehension and Effective Searching:
- Utilize excellent reading and comprehension skills to analyze complex documents and perform effective searches in various databases.
- Knowledge of Data Sources and Deadlines:
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of relevant data sources while maintaining sensitivity to deadlines and ensuring high-quality work output.
