• Experience: 0–1 year
• Job Role: Entry-level production operations

2️⃣ Production Shift Chemist

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Work Environment: GMP manufacturing

3️⃣ Production Shift In-Charge & Documentation

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
• Experience: 7–10 years
• Role: Supervisory & documentation leadership

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR & SOPs
• Ensure in-process checks and product quality compliance
• Maintain GMP standards in pharmaceutical production
• Handle deviations, change control, and incident reporting
• Review and verify batch records, logbooks, and documentation
• Identify production risks and implement preventive actions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and pharma production processes
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Good documentation and analytical skills
• Experience in API/pharma manufacturing preferred (for experienced roles)
