🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR & SOPs
- Ensure in-process checks and product quality compliance
- Maintain GMP standards in pharmaceutical production
- Handle deviations, change control, and incident reporting
- Review and verify batch records, logbooks, and documentation
- Identify production risks and implement preventive actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and pharma production processes
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Good documentation and analytical skills
