Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the QC Microbiology department will be responsible for:
- Sampling, analysis, and documentation of water analysis as per approved testing procedures
- Execution and documentation of Environmental Monitoring (EM) programs
- Routine microbiological analysis of:
- In-process samples
- Finished products
- Raw materials
- Stability samples
- Performing tests related to:
- Sterility Testing
- Bioburden Testing
- Endotoxin Analysis
- Growth Promotion Testing
- Calibration of laboratory instruments according to calibration plans
- Maintaining calibration and testing records as per SOPs
- Participating in investigations related to:
- Deviations
- Change Control
- OOT (Out of Trend)
- OOS (Out of Specification)
- Supporting internal and external GMP audits
- Reporting to the Head – Quality Control and departmental authorities
