Key Responsibilities
R&D Department
- Conduct formulation and analytical research activities
- Perform experiments and maintain laboratory documentation
- Support product development and validation
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain documentation such as SOPs, BMR, and validation reports
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and audits
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, UV, and wet chemistry
- Conduct stability studies and documentation
- Ensure adherence to GLP/GMP practices
Production
- Assist in manufacturing and batch processing activities
- Maintain batch records (BMR/BPR)
- Follow safety and quality procedures in production areas
Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences) or M.Pharm
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical concepts
- Basic knowledge of GMP/GLP guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
