Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Voice Process Associate at HCL Technologies, your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers for claim and payment follow-ups.
- Investigating and resolving denied or underpaid claims.
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and transactions.
- Conducting pre and post-call analysis, documentation, and ensuring first-contact resolution.
- Updating customer interaction details on a daily basis.
- Achieving performance targets set by the company.
- Identifying problems, documenting business requirements, and providing process improvement ideas.
- Adhering to HCL policy guidelines and client workflow processes.
