Officer – Senior Executive – Regulatory Affairs (API)
Hetero is looking for candidates with experience in API regulatory documentation, Drug Master File (DMF) compilation, CTD/eCTD preparation and regulatory submissions across global markets.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates should have experience in the following areas:
- Compilation of Drug Master Files (DMF) as per CTD format.
- Preparation of CTD/eCTD dossiers and regulatory submissions.
- Handling Life Cycle Management activities and DMF maintenance.
- Responding to regulatory deficiencies.
- Regulatory documentation and submissions for the US, Europe, China, Japan, Korea, WHO and other global markets.
- CTD preparation for Japan and Korea.
- Coordination with QA, QC, Production and R&D teams for regulatory documents and submissions.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- M.Sc. or M.Pharm qualification.
- 2–6 years of experience in API Regulatory Affairs.
- Experience in DMF compilation and CTD/eCTD dossier preparation.
- Exposure to global regulatory markets, including the US, Europe, China, Japan, Korea and WHO.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and API regulatory requirements.
- Experience in DMF maintenance and Life Cycle Management.
- Understanding of regulatory deficiencies and submission requirements.
- Knowledge of API manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in China registration activities will be an added advantage for the China section.
