Job Responsibilities
1. Research Nurse
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for research-related activities.
- Assist in clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being during the study.
2. Trial Coordinator
- Coordinate clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate data collection and reporting for ongoing studies.
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff to facilitate trial processes.
- Monitor study progress and address any operational challenges.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Research Nurse
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
- Must be registered with INC (Indian Nursing Council) or MNC (Medical Nursing Council).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Trial Coordinator
- Qualification:
- Graduate in Science (e.g., B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Biotech, Zoology, Botany, etc.).
- Preference for candidates with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of clinical research protocols and regulations.
- Analytical mindset with data management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
