Job Description: Study Start Up Associate (Clinical Site Activation)
Key Responsibilities
As a Study Start Up Associate, you will play a crucial role in activating clinical trial sites and ensuring smooth study initiation. Your duties will include:
✅ Managing site activation for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with sponsor timelines.
✅ Coordinating with site staff to facilitate regulatory submissions and approvals.
✅ Maintaining internal tools for tracking site progress and documentation.
✅ Supporting risk assessments and action planning in collaboration with study teams.
✅ Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across different countries.
Qualifications & Skills Required
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
✔ 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, site activation, or regulatory submissions.
✔ Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
✔ Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English.
✔ Monitoring experience in clinical trials (preferred).
