Job Description: Study Start Up Associate (Clinical Site Activation)
Key Responsibilities
As a Study Start Up Associate, you will play a crucial role in activating clinical trial sites and ensuring smooth study initiation. Your duties will include:

Managing site activation for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with sponsor timelines.

Coordinating with site staff to facilitate regulatory submissions and approvals.
โ
Maintaining internal tools for tracking site progress and documentation.
โ
Supporting risk assessments and action planning in collaboration with study teams.
โ
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across different countries.
Qualifications & Skills Required
โ Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
โ 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, site activation, or regulatory submissions.
โ Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
โ Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English.
โ Monitoring experience in clinical trials (preferred).
