Executive / Sr. Executive – Downstream Process
Intas is seeking professionals with experience in downstream processing, chromatography, protein purification, and plasma processing operations.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling AKTA and TFF chromatography.
- Maintaining and documenting records, logbooks, BPCRs, and reports in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Handling chromatography, sterilization, and filtration techniques.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Preparing and executing performance verification, performance qualification (PQ), and commissioning protocols.
- Understanding and executing work in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Handling Quality Management System (QMS) documents and Document Management System (DMS) activities.
- Executing training-related activities in the Downstream Processing (DSP) area.
- Supporting qualification activities in the DSP area.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates should meet the educational requirements listed in the job description:
- Undergraduate: B.Tech / B.E. in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
- Postgraduate: M.Sc. in Biotechnology.
Experience required: 3–8 years.
