Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Conduct laboratory trials for cosmetic and dermaceutical formulations.
- Develop innovative cosmetic products from concept to commercialization.
- Perform stability studies and product performance evaluations.
- Evaluate raw materials, excipients, and active ingredients.
- Manage R&D projects from development through production transfer.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
- Maintain laboratory records and technical reports.
