Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Monitoring all dispatch activities according to approved Dispatch SOPs.
- Verifying dispatch orders against actual dispatched materials.
- Executing dispatch checklists before shipment.
- Inspecting the physical condition of bags, labels, and shipment batches.
- Performing In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) rounds across the manufacturing plant.
- Verifying transportation vehicles for cleanliness and suitability.
- Maintaining dispatch-related documentation and records as per company procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal quality standards.
Required Qualifications

Experience Required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Dispatch QA, or IPQA within the pharmaceutical industry.
