Key Responsibilities of the FAR&D Executive:
- Method Development and Validation: Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
- Sample Analysis: Perform analysis of pharmaceutical formulations, including but not limited to HPLC, Dissolution testing, Karl Fischer (KF), and Ion Chromatography (IC).
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate analytical data, prepare comprehensive reports, and contribute to the investigation of non-conforming samples.
- CAPA Management: Assist in the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to analytical issues.
- Sample Preparation: Extract and prepare samples of various pharmaceutical formulations for analysis.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical formulation industry, specifically in analytical research and development.
- Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, Dissolution, KF, and IC. Proficiency in method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
