Job Description
TCS is conducting a walk-in drive for freshers in Nagpur for Back Office Operations roles. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to start their careers with a reputed multinational company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing data transactions.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in back-office operations.
- Handling documentation and maintaining records.
- Working in different shifts as per business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification: Full-time graduates in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc (Non-Computer Science streams).
❌ Excluded Streams: BCA, BE, BTech, BSc (CS/IT) are not eligible for this drive.
✅ Batch: 2024 & 2025 pass-outs from a recognized university/college.
✅ Experience: 0-6 months (Freshers preferred).
✅ Work Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Open to any shifts).
❌ Not Eligible: Candidates who appeared for a TCS interview in the last 90 days.
