Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D./M.Sc./M.Pharma in Physical/Analytical/Agro Chemistry from a reputed university/institute with excellent academic records.
Experience Required:
- PhD candidates: 0 to 5 years of experience
- M.Sc/M.Pharma candidates: 2 to 10 years of experience in Formulations (Agrochemicals/Pharma Industry)
Key Job Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Contribute to R&D Chemistry by driving innovation and meeting project objectives.
- Ensure intellectual property security (patent applications, freedom-to-operate compliance).
- Stay updated on formulation development techniques, particularly in agrochemistry.
- Support team leaders in target setting and functional feedback.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop and test different agrochemical formulations as per requirements.
- Compare formulations with market standards and record findings in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
- Participate in divisional meetings and maintain compliance with ISO/EHS/Safety norms.
Process Improvements:
- Learn and operate lab equipment to enhance product processing efficiency.
- Work on improving batch cycle time and shelf life of formulations.
People & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
- Maintain a cooperative and innovative work environment.
