Job Description
Sanofi Business Operations (BO) is an internal resource organization that centralizes processes to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D. The BO team collaborates with Medical, HEVA, and Commercial functions globally to deliver strategic and tactical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Scientific Communication
- Develop publication materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) under supervision.
- Support end-to-end publication & medical education content development, including approvals via PromoMats/iEnvision.
- Build therapeutic area expertise and collaborate with peers to enhance best practices.
- Work with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to refine publication content.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Maintain strong relationships with medical & scientific communities.
- Assist in publication-need analysis and implement publication plans.
- Liaise with Product Managers, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Medical teams to create customized deliverables.
Process & Project Management
- Ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors to execute publication projects.
- Gather end-user feedback to improve content relevance.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy or related field.
- Medical degree holders are also eligible.
✅ Experience:
- 0-1 year in medical writing, scientific content creation, or academia.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with publication submission processes.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic areas (oncology, immunology, etc.).
✅ Soft Skills:
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently & in teams.
✅ Language:
- Excellent English (written & spoken).
