Job Description: Senior Research Associate – AR&D
As a Senior Research Associate in Analytical Research & Development (AR&D), you will play a crucial role in supporting pharmaceutical development and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct analytical method development, validation, and transfer for APIs.
✔ Perform routine and non-routine HPLC, GC, Potentiometer, and Polarimeter testing.
✔ Support PDG synthetic group with analytical testing.
✔ Prepare method transfer protocols, validation reports, and STPs (Standard Test Procedures).
✔ Ensure compliance with GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GMP guidelines.
✔ Maintain calibration schedules, lab journals, and instrument logbooks.
✔ Handle API stability studies and investigation reports.
✔ Ensure safety, hazardous waste management, and lab cleanliness.
Candidate Profile:
✅ Education: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
✅ Experience: 4-8 years in API manufacturing (GMP environment).
✅ Skills Required:
- Analytical method development & validation
- HPLC, GC, and other lab instruments
- Regulatory knowledge (GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, GMP)
- Documentation (protocols, reports, STPs)
