Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinical trial execution. Key responsibilities include:

✔ Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
  • Assist in maintaining Trial Master Files (TMF) and participate in audits.
  • Track regulatory documents, site communications, and trial progress.

✔ Site Management Support:

  • Act as a Sponsor representative for investigator sites, ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Prepare site manuals, reference tools, and study documents.
  • Manage site supplies, shipments, and logistics.

✔ Data & Communication Management:

  • Handle Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical tracking databases.
  • Manage shared mailboxes, route correspondence, and process site requests.
  • Assist in meeting coordination, minute-taking, and action item tracking.

✔ Regulatory & Training:

  • Stay updated with clinical research trends and regulatory changes.
  • Complete mandatory training to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in clinical operations, site management, or regulatory documentation is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in eTMF, CTMS, and clinical trial databases.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% (if required).
