Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Quality Assurance – Injectables role will be responsible for:
- Performing line clearance and IPQA checks
- Conducting shop floor sampling activities
- Managing sterility assurance processes
- Supporting media fill and lyophilization activities
- Handling process validation and cleaning validation documentation
- Reviewing batch manufacturing records
- Participating in GEMBA walks and audit readiness programs
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines
- Supporting visual inspection and audit handling activities
Required Skills & Core Knowledge
Applicants should possess strong knowledge in:
- Injectable manufacturing processes
- Sterility assurance practices
- Media fills and lyophilization
- cGMP and regulatory compliance
