Clarivate is seeking a STEM Content Analyst specializing in Life Sciences & Healthcare to join their Experimental Pharmacology & Models team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities
As a Content Analyst, your primary duties will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing pharmacological data from scientific sources (journals, patents, conference abstracts).
- Updating internal databases (CMS) with in vitro, in vivo, and ex vivo study details.
- Extracting pharmacological parameters, experimental models, dosage regimes, and endpoint measurements.
- Ensuring high data accuracy, quality, and consistency in content curation.
- Meeting production volume and quality targets while maintaining efficient time management.
- Staying updated on latest developments in pharmacology and drug discovery.
- Collaborating with a global team of scientists and researchers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Life Sciences, Pharmacology preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years in pharmacology, experimental models, or scientific content analysis.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of drug mechanisms, pharmacological studies, and experimental models.
- Ability to extract and interpret data from patents, journals, and conference abstracts.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

The Experimental Pharmacology & Models team consists of 15+ highly skilled professionals across Spain and India, specializing in life sciences content curation. The team focuses on:
- Pharmacological activity data for therapeutic drugs.
- Experimental disease models for drug development research.
- Manual curation and validation of scientific data for Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence (CDDI).
