Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations.
- Conducting laboratory trials and formulation experiments.
- Evaluating and characterizing pharmaceutical formulations.
- Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Preparing development reports, protocols, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshooting formulation and process-related challenges.
- Coordinating with Analytical, IPQA, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and R&D procedures.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
