- Handling API production processes
- Ensuring compliance with GMP & SOPs
- Batch monitoring and quality control
- Documentation and process optimization
2. Department: Synthesis R&D
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc (Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry)
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in pharmaceutical R&D
- Salary Range: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Job Description:
- Designing and synthesizing novel drug molecules
- Conducting lab-scale experiments & process optimization
- Analytical method development & scale-up support
- Documentation and patent support
