Educational Qualification

Deputation Eligibility

Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist (Drug Procurement) will be responsible for:
- Preparing tenders for procurement of medicines and consumables.
- Evaluating tenders according to procurement guidelines.
- Assisting in finalization of Rate Contracts (RCs).
- Managing correspondence with Government departments and vendors.
- Maintaining procurement documentation and official records.
- Monitoring drug ceiling prices notified by National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA).
- Coordinating with DVDMS for uploading rate contracts, budgets, purchase orders, and procurement documents.
- Supporting procurement planning and contract management.
- Performing additional duties assigned by senior management.
