Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical, engineering, science, and other prescribed qualifications and 2–14 years of experience can attend the interview on 15th November 2026.

Ajanta Pharma Job Vacancies – Position Details

1. Manufacturing/Packing – Sr. Officer/Officer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 02–08 Years

Required Skills:

• OSD manufacturing operations, including Granulation, Compression, Coating, Pellet Coating and Capsule Filling.
• Primary and Secondary Packing.
• QMS activities, including OOS/OOT investigations, Deviations, Incidents and investigation tools.

2. Maintenance (HVAC) – Sr. Officer/Officer

• Qualification: B.E. (Electrical)
• Experience: 02–10 Years

Required Skills:

• AHU, Dehumidifiers and HVAC systems.
• Equipment qualification activities.
• Breakdown documentation.
• HVAC validation requirements as per applicable guidelines.

3. Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Sr. Officer/Officer

• Qualification: B.E. (Electrical)
• Experience: 03–10 Years

Required Skills:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and inspection of plant equipment.
• Condition monitoring and spare parts management.
• Exposure to audits and regulatory inspections.

4. Maintenance (Utility) – Executive/Sr. Executive

• Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)
• Experience: 09–14 Years

Required Skills:

• Utility systems, including Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers and Purified Water Systems.
• Equipment qualification: URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• GMP documentation and compliance.
• CAPA, Change Control, Deviation and Incident Management.

5. Manufacturing/Packing – Associate/Operator

• Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, BA or B.Com (Mandatory).
• Experience: 02–10 Years

Required Skills:

• OSD manufacturing operations.
• Granulation, Pellet Coating, Compression and Coating.
• Capsule manufacturing.
• Primary Packing, including Blister Packing and Sachet Filling.
• Secondary Packing, including Cartonator and Labelling.

6. Quality Control – Sr. Officer/Officer/Executive

• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
• Experience: 03–12 Years

Required Skills:

• Analysis of Solid Oral Finished Products (FP).
• Instrumentation, In-process and Stability analysis.
• Analytical Method Validation.
• PMQC and Dissolution.
• QMS, OOS/OOT and Incident Investigations.
• Exposure to US products.

7. Maintenance (QMS/Qualification) – Sr. Officer/Officer

• Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical/Instrumentation)
• Experience: 04–10 Years

Required Skills:

• Preparation of SOPs.
• Change Control, Deviation, Incident and CAPA.
• Qualification activities: URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• e-LOG.

8. Quality Assurance – Sr. Officer/Officer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 03–05 Years

Required Skills:

• Validation and Qualification.
• DRA, AQA and Training.
• Engineering-QA.
• QMS exposure in a USFDA plant.

9. Stores (Warehouse) – Officer/Sr. Officer

• Qualification: B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• Experience: 04–10 Years

Required Skills:

• Raw Material and Packing Material handling.
• Finished Goods (FG) section.
• Currently working in Pharmaceutical Formulations.

10. Information Technology – Officer/Executive

• Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.E. (IT) / B.E. (Instrumentation)
• Experience: 02–10 Years

Required Skills:

• IPC/SCADA.
• Documentation and CSV Support.
• Data Backup and Server Management.
• GxP Systems Security and Network Management.
• QMS activities.
