Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the following activities:
- Supervise the Formulation & Development area and monitor, supervise, and control assistants and operators at the designated site.
- Conduct literature and patent searches and review findings according to product requirements.
- Characterize innovator and market samples.
- Plan day-to-day Formulation & Development trials for domestic, ROW (Rest of the World), and other regulatory markets.
- Perform characterization, lab-scale development, scale-up, technology transfer, and exhibit batches.
- Plan pre-formulation studies for product development.
- Execute development trials, achieve desired critical quality attributes, and manufacture stability batches.
- Improve existing formulations and explore possibilities for new dosage forms.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned formulation development and technology transfer activities.
- Coordinate with the analytical department for routine analysis of formulations and development activities.
