Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Performing vaccine production activities for viral and bacterial vaccines.
- Operating and monitoring fermenters and bioreactors.
- Managing upstream processing activities including cell culture operations.
- Executing downstream processing operations such as chromatography, centrifugation, and TFF systems.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines and SOP requirements.
- Maintaining accurate batch records and production documentation.
- Supporting process optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
- Following quality and safety standards during production activities.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Candidates should possess:
- 2–8 years of experience in vaccine production or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with viral vaccines and bacterial vaccines manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream processing.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Fermenters
- Bioreactors
- Chromatography Systems
- Centrifuges
- Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)
- Cell Culture Operations
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and production compliance.
- Experience in SOP implementation and production documentation.
Educational Qualification
