Positions and Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (QC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometers, and other applicable laboratory instruments.
- Perform analytical testing according to approved analytical methods and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support analytical method validation, method verification, and instrument qualification activities.
2. QC Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
- Perform microbial limit testing, sterility testing, bioburden testing, and applicable water testing.
- Carry out media preparation and growth promotion testing (GPT).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, data integrity, and laboratory documentation requirements.
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, and investigations under the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review laboratory documentation, analytical records, and out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) investigations.
- Support GMP compliance activities.
- Execute and review equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, and related validation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: MSc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Required Experience: 4–8 years.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Relevant knowledge and experience in the following areas are aligned with the advertised responsibilities:
- Quality Control: HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometry, analytical testing, and method validation.
- QC Microbiology: Environmental monitoring, microbial limit testing, sterility testing, bioburden testing, and growth promotion testing.
