Positions and Eligibility
1. Technical Assistant – Production (OSD)
- Department: Coating and Compression
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.
- Experience: 2–6 years
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and handling GLATT and GANSON coating machines.
- Experience handling FETTE and SEJONG compression machines.
- Exposure to regulatory audits.
2. Executive – QMS/Documentation
- Department: Production (OSD)
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 4–6 years
Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Experience with QMS elements and SOP preparation and approval.
- Initiation and approval of change controls, exceptions, PNC, and QRM.
- Audit preparation and CAPA handling.
- Experience with E-BMR, electronic log management, and balance integrations.
- Exposure to regulatory audits.
3. Executive – Production (Packing)
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2–6 years
Required Skills:
- OSD packing experience as a line executive.
- Experience with bottle, blister, dry powder, and sachet packing lines.
- Experience with E-log and E-BPAR.
- QMS documentation, including initiation of PNC, MNC, and exceptions.
- Troubleshooting Track and Trace (serialization) systems.
4. Executive – Quality Control
- Department: Finished Product Analysis
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Sc.
- Experience: 2–6 years
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in in-process (IP) and finished product (FP) analysis of oral solid dosage (OSD) formulations.
- Working knowledge of HPLC, UV, and dissolution instruments.
5. Executive – Administration
- Department: Housekeeping
- Qualification: Any Degree / Post Graduation
- Experience: 6–10 years
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping and general administration activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- Pest control execution.
- Linen control and laundry facility management.
- Canteen services.
- Facility cleanliness and hygiene.
