Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns and trainees may be responsible for:
- Supporting daily production activities in API or Formulation manufacturing.
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures.
- Assisting in documentation and batch record maintenance.
- Learning manufacturing processes and equipment operations.
- Supporting warehouse and inventory management activities (Store department).
- Maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Working effectively in rotational shifts.
