- Receive and verify finished product certificates (FPCs) for intermediates and finished products from production blocks.
- Maintain cleanliness of intermediate and finished product samplers.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for analytical testing protocols.
- Maintain contemporaneous documentation in logbooks, inward registers, checklists, analytical testing protocols, and raw data sheets.
- Prepare control samples of products intended for dispatch and maintain relevant documentation.

Responsibilities
- Follow cGMP requirements and factory safety rules.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and update GMP documentation.
- Issue raw materials and complete document entries according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate stock records for received and issued materials.
- Reconcile physical stock with SAP inventory records.
- Manage inventory of warehouse raw materials.
- Assist in preparing rejection, retest, receipt, and MIS reports.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure the correctness of SAP records.
- Complete job-work SAP entries and support monthly stock reconciliation.
- Ensure timely submission of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and retest notes according to SOPs.
