Position Details
Production API – Center of Excellence Trainee
Ipca Laboratories has launched its Center of Excellence as a specialized training initiative to provide practical industrial exposure to students interested in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The program focuses on developing practical understanding of the Production Department.
Responsibilities and Training
- Receive hands-on industrial exposure through the Center of Excellence training program.
- Develop practical understanding of pharmaceutical production operations.
- Prepare for real-world applications in the Production Department.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- B.Sc. Chemistry
- Diploma
- B.Tech. Chemical Engineering
- Pass-out year between 2023 and 2026.
Stipend and Career Progression
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹12,300 during the training program.
Upon successful completion of the three-month COE training, candidates will be considered for absorption at Ipca Laboratories Limited at its Ranu, Dewas API and Wardha API locations.
The advertised annual CTC after training ranges from ₹2.67 LPA to ₹3.67 LPA, depending on compatibility and skills.
