Job Description: Scientific Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. People & Development
- Attend training programs and regional meetings to enhance knowledge.
- Conduct field induction for new hires and provide feedback.
- Assist in doctor engagement and brand matrix updates.
2. Financial Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage inventory and secondary sales efficiently.
3. Sales Process & Market Intelligence
- Conduct doctor visits to promote Opella’s products.
- Maintain CRM data with accurate call records.
- Track competitor activities and provide insights.
- Report adverse drug events to Pharmacovigilance.
4. Customer & Brand Engagement
- Organize doctor meetups, patient awareness campaigns, and medical events.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Knowledge of CRM tools and market trends.
