Job Opportunity:
Junior Materiovigilance Associate (Contractual) PGIMER invites applications for the contractual position of Junior Materiovigilance Associate under the National Coordination Centre-Materiovigilance Programme of India (NCC-MVPI), IPC Regional Centre. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to patient safety by monitoring and analyzing medical device-related incidents.
Responsibilities in the Job:
- Monitoring and reporting adverse events related to medical devices.
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data on device safety.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure timely incident reporting.
- Assisting in training programs and workshops related to materiovigilance.
- Maintaining documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
Qualification: Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience in materiovigilance, pharmacovigilance, or related fields is desirable.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 28 years of age.
Skills Required:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of medical device regulations and pharmacology.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer usage for data management and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data collection and report preparation.
