Key Responsibilities – Drug Safety Operations Lead
- Lead end-to-end pharmacovigilance operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- Manage and mentor teams involved in ICSR processing, literature review, and PV workflows
- Act as the primary client contact for operational discussions, escalations, and risk mitigation
- Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and quality metrics across PV projects
- Handle resource planning, WIP management, and delivery timelines
- Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks proactively
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance PV delivery outcomes
- Ensure alignment between quality, compliance, and commercial objectives
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD / Life Sciences or related field
- Experience:
- 6–12 years in pharmacovigilance / drug safety operations
- 2–4 years in team leadership or operations management
- Strong experience in:
- ICSR processing & case management
- Literature surveillance & aggregate reporting support
- PV compliance, SLA/KPI management, and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to manage client communication and escalations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills (Drug Safety & PV Jobs)
