Reliance Life Sciences is conducting a walk-in interview on 25 October 2026 for experienced candidates in manufacturing, production and quality assurance across its Biosimilars, Vaccines, Plasma and Pharma businesses.

Positions Available at Reliance Life Sciences

1. Biosimilars – Manufacturing/Production

Profiles: Executive, Senior Executive and Deputy Manager
Experience: 2–12 years

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology
• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Biotechnology or Microbiology for Drug Substance (DS) Manufacturing

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in CHO cell culture, mammalian or microbial cell culture.
• Experience with single-use or stainless-steel bioreactors.
• Experience in biowelding and biosealing.
• Exposure to US FDA, EMEA or MHRA audits is preferred.
• Mammalian cell culture experience or stainless-steel bioreactor experience is required for Senior Executive and Deputy Manager positions.
• Shift management experience is mandatory for Deputy Manager positions.

2. Biosimilars – Quality Assurance

Profiles: Executive, Senior Executive and Deputy Manager
Experience: 3–10 years

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology or Chemistry
• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in relevant disciplines, including Chemical Engineering
• M.Pharm.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in in-process Quality Assurance for Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP).
• Batch record review.
• Deviation management.
• Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
• Change control and GMP compliance.
• Exposure to US FDA, EMEA or MHRA audits is preferred.

3. Vaccines – Manufacturing/Production

Profiles: Executive and Senior Executive
Experience: 3–6 years

Qualifications:

• M.Sc.
• B.E./M.Tech. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or Bioprocess Engineering.
• Qualifications in other branches of Biological Sciences are also accepted.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Upstream processing, including cell and virus culture.
• Downstream processing, including virus and protein purification.
• Chromatography processes.
• Experience in vaccine manufacturing is preferred.

4. Plasma – Manufacturing/Production

Profiles: Executive and Senior Executive
Experience: 2–10 years

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology or Biochemistry.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Upstream biotech fractionation.
• Downstream protein purification.
• Industrial centrifuge operations.
• Industrial filtration.
• Fill-finish operations.

5. Pharma – Injectable Formulation Manufacturing

Profiles: Executive and Senior Executive
Experience: 2–5 years

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm.
• M.Pharm.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in aseptic filling and sterile injectable production.
• Execution of injectable manufacturing operations.
• Handling and monitoring aseptic filling and manufacturing operations.
• Compliance with cGMP, SOPs and safety requirements.
• Batch documentation and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
