Position
LC-MS/MS Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Perform LC-MS/MS method development and validation.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain LC-MS/MS instruments.
- Optimize Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) transitions.
- Process, interpret, and report analytical data.
- Prepare and review analytical methods and validation reports.
- Conduct pesticide residue analysis in various agricultural commodities.
- Perform sample preparation for agricultural commodity analysis.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must have a master’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Chemistry
- Analytical Chemistry
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Experience required: 1–4 years.
Required Skills and Instrument Experience
- LC-MS/MS method development and validation.
- Instrument operation and troubleshooting.
- MRM transition optimization.
- Routine instrument maintenance.
- Analytical data processing, interpretation, and reporting.
- Preparation and review of analytical methods and validation reports.
- Pesticide residue analysis and sample preparation.
Hands-on experience with SCIEX LC-MS/MS systems and Waters LC-MS/MS systems is preferred.
