Key Responsibilities
As a Project Associate-I, you will support business growth initiatives and clinical research collaborations through client engagement and project coordination.
Business Development Activities
- Build a new customer base through networking, personal contacts, web research, emails, cold calling, social media outreach, and industry conferences.
- Identify and approach pharmaceutical companies, CROs, biotech organizations, and healthcare clients.
- Conduct market research and evaluate company websites for potential business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals and support contract discussions.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and sponsors.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Coordinate with sponsor representatives and stakeholders.
Clinical Research Support
- Assist clinical teams in project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Support preparation of clinical trial research plans with CROs and pharmaceutical organizations.
- Review study files and maintain project documentation.
- Handle Clinical Trial Supplies and Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Serve as a central point of communication for project-related activities.
Industry Engagement
- Attend clinical research and pharmaceutical industry conferences.
- Gather market intelligence and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Stay updated with clinical research regulations and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Clinical Research, CRO, or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
