Key Skills and Expertise:
- Method development, validation, and transfer for API, complex OSD, and generic products using HPLC, GC, and IC techniques.
- Expertise in peptide characterization and clinically relevant dissolution method development.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, and Particle Size Analyzer.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMEA, FDA) and pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, BP, IP).
- Experience in nitrosamine and genotoxic impurity analysis using LCMS/GCMS.
- Preparation of STPs for API, excipients, and formulations.
- Strong understanding of GLP practices and instrument calibration.
