🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patent search using tools like SciFinder, Orbit, and other databases
• Prepare detailed IP landscape reports for small molecules & biologics
• Perform literature search for API, formulation, and intermediates
• Develop FTO (Freedom to Operate) reports for pharmaceutical products
• Carry out patentability analysis and assist in patent drafting
• Track global patent publications and maintain internal IP trackers
• Prepare generic entry strategies for different international markets
• Ensure timely updates and documentation as per regulatory standards

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• M.Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry or Pharmaceutics
• 2–6 years of experience in pharma patent/IPR domain
• Strong knowledge of patent databases (SciFinder, Orbit)
• Expertise in FTO analysis, patent drafting, and IP strategy
• Good understanding of API, formulation development, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
