Key Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharma + MBA (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management or related roles
- Skills Required: Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for assigned brands.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales and market data to derive actionable insights for business growth.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies, including product launches and lifecycle management.
- Promotional Activities: Assist in creating annual marketing plans and organizing promotional activities for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
- Scientific Expertise: Handle scientific queries and provide support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Training & Conferences: Plan and conduct training sessions, conferences, and quarterly meetings to enhance team knowledge and performance.
- Field Work: Be prepared to undertake fieldwork across various headquarters to understand market dynamics.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor Assistant Product Managers (APMs) and Product Managers (PMs) to achieve organizational goals.

- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad or Mumbai in the long term
