Position: Sample Logistics Coordinator
The Sample Logistics Coordinator will oversee sample shipments from pickup to laboratory delivery, coordinate with logistics partners, manage cold chain requirements, maintain shipping records, and resolve shipment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Tracking: Monitor samples from pickup until delivery to the laboratory and help prevent delays.
- Cold Chain Management: Coordinate sample transportation while managing cold chain requirements.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with courier partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.
- Documentation: Manage shipping labels, invoices, delivery records, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve shipment delays and other logistics problems.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with courier and logistics partners and support service quality.
- Operational Tracking: Monitor logistics activities and maintain operational records and MIS reports.
