🔍 Detailed Job Description
1. Quality Assurance (QA) – 2-5 Years Experience
- Ensure QMS compliance with cGMP & regulatory standards (USFDA, EU-GMP).
- Review validation protocols (process, cleaning, equipment, CSV).
- Lead OOS/OOT investigations and implement CAPA.
- Conduct AQA reviews for lab data integrity.
2. Quality Control – Microbiology (0-5 Years Experience)
- Perform microbiological testing (sterility, endotoxin, bioburden).
- Conduct environmental monitoring in cleanrooms.
- Maintain GLP & cGMP compliance in lab operations.
3. Quality Control – Wet Analysis (0-5 Years Experience)
- Perform chemical testing using UV, IR, pH meters, HPLC.
- Prepare QC documentation for audits.
- Support method validation & stability studies.
4. IPQA (In-Process QA) – 2-4 Years Experience
- Perform line clearance & in-process checks in manufacturing.
- Verify BPCR compliance during production.
- Ensure real-time quality checks to prevent deviations.
