- Batch start-up activities and process monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Calibration of balances and production equipment.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, validation protocols, and technical documentation.
- Maintain documentation according to quality standards.
2. Engineering (Maintenance, Electrical & Utility)
Qualification
- B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech Electrical Engineering
- ITI (RFM/Fitter/Electrician)
Experience
- 3 to 8 years in API Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Calibration and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Utility operations including:
- Boilers
- Chillers
- Compressors
- HVAC Systems
- DG Sets
- Transformers
- Electrical Panels
- Preparation of SOPs, DQ, IQ, OQ documentation.
- Ensure minimum downtime while following GMP compliance.
3. ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
Qualification
- M.Sc Organic Chemistry
- M.Sc Analytical Chemistry
- M.Pharm
Experience
- 2 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities
- HPLC Method Development & Optimization.
- Method Validation as per ICH and regulatory guidelines.
- Preparation of Specifications and Methods of Analysis (MOA).
