Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing solid oral dosage forms, liquid oral formulations, and injectable formulations.
- Executing formulation development activities for generic pharmaceutical products.
- Supporting product development in a CRO or reputed pharmaceutical organization.
- Conducting formulation optimization and technology transfer activities.
- Working on innovative and differentiated pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborating with analytical, regulatory, and manufacturing teams during product development.
- Maintaining scientific documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the development process.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- M.Pharm degree from a recognized university.
- 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Solid Oral Dosage Forms (Tablets/Capsules)
- Liquid Oral Formulations
- Injectable Formulations
- Experience in generic product development within a CRO or reputed pharmaceutical company.
- Exposure to Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) or differentiated product development will be an added advantage.
