Responsibilities in the Job
As an Associate/Sr. Assistant/Assistant in Injectable Manufacturing at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, your responsibilities will primarily revolve around ensuring high-quality production in the aseptic filling area of the regulated plant. You will work within the sterile manufacturing environment, handling injectable products, and supporting the team to meet the stringent standards set for these critical products. Your role will include:
- Working with vial and bag filling machines.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintaining a high standard of aseptic behavior and sterile manufacturing protocols.
- Contributing to the implementation of ALCOA principles in the manufacturing process.
- Adhering to safety and operational procedures at all times.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: B.Sc. / D.Pharm / ITI (Industrial Training Institute) degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the aseptic filling area of an injectable manufacturing plant is required.
Skills Required
Successful candidates must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Injectable/Parenteral Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience working in sterile manufacturing environments, particularly with injectable or parenteral drugs.
- Aseptic Behavior: A thorough understanding of aseptic techniques to maintain sterility during production processes.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ALCOA, and other industry standards.
- Machine Operation: Hands-on experience operating vial and bag filling machines within the sterile production area.
