Responsibilities and Required Skills

Manufacturing/Packing

Candidates should have exposure to oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations, including:

• Granulation and pellet coating
• Capsule manufacturing
• Primary packing, including blister packing and sachet filling
• Secondary packing, including cartonators and labelling

Maintenance (QMS/Qualification)

Required experience and knowledge include:

• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Raising change controls, deviations, incidents, and CAPAs
• Qualification documentation, including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ
• e-LOG and SOP knowledge

Maintenance (Electrical)

Candidates should have experience with:

• Electrical PCC and MCC panels
• 11 kV and 33 kV VCB panels and transformers
• DG sets and utility equipment
• 11 kV and 33 kV switchyards
• Electrical equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

Maintenance (HVAC)

Required exposure includes:

• Air Handling Units (AHUs), dehumidifiers, and HVAC systems
• HVAC-related equipment
• Qualification activities and breakdown documentation
• HVAC validation requirements under applicable guidelines

Maintenance (Plant Maintenance)

Required skills include:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshooting and inspection of plant equipment

• Raw materials
• Packing materials

Quality Assurance

Information Technology
