- Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month
- Eligibility: Certified & Non-Certified Coders
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate Home Health medical coding using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and HCPCS standards
- Review clinical documentation for completeness and compliance
- Ensure adherence to US Home Health coding guidelines
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve coding discrepancies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Coding experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and Home Health documentation
- Exposure to US healthcare revenue cycle management
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
- Non-certified professionals are eligible to apply
- Certification (HCS-D, CPC, CCS) is an added advantage
